System Requirements
If you are having issues logging into your club's booking site then please check with club admin that you are using the correct username and password.
Minimum internet browser requirements for use are:
- Internet Explorer version 7 or higher
- or Safari version 5
- or Firefox version 3.5 or higher

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you have your email address assigned to your account, we can send you an email with your password. On the login page will be a link called "Send Password Reminder". Click on this and enter either your membership number or email address.
I'm having problems activating the booking button on the timesheet.
Your computer will need to have a standard software program that runs in the background called Java. This will allow code to work in the booking system along with other functionality on the web. It's free to download and can be accessed via www.java.com.
